There are three funding streams in the HRP that provide grants ranging in value from $5,000 to $15,000, and successful applicants can combine funding to receive a maximum grant of $30,000 toward eligible home repairs.

If you need help financing repairs to correct code violations, health and safety issues or improve the energy efficiency of your home, you may be able to access funds through this program. Grant money can also be used to make your home more accessible if you have mobility limitations.
